Refund & Digital Products Policy

Weluda sells downloadable digital products, including PDF guides,templates, worksheets and other digital resources.

Digital Products Are Generally Non-Refundable

Because digital products can be accessed, downloaded or copied immediately after purchase, sales of downloadable products are generally final once access to the digital product has been provided.

We therefore generally do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for digital products after the download has been made available, except where required by applicable law.

Before completing your purchase, please review the product description, format, compatibility information and other details shown on the product page.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Weluda digital products are delivered electronically and no physical product will be shipped.

Technical Problems

If you have paid for a product but cannot access the download, please contact us at support@weluda.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a replacement copy of the purchased file.

Defective or Incorrect Files

If the file supplied is corrupted, incomplete, materially different from the product purchased, or otherwise unusable because of an error on our part, please contact us so that we can provide a
corrected or replacement file.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us with your order information so we can investigate and correct any verified duplicate charge.

Change of Mind

We generally do not provide refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer needs the product, expected a physical product when the listing clearly described a digital product, or decides not to use the downloaded resource.

No Guarantee of a Particular Outcome

Weluda products provide educational information, decision-support tools and practical resources. Purchasing a product does not guarantee a particular financial, repair, property, business or
other outcome.

Rights Required by Law

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or consumer  right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
